Tecnomed medical vacuum plant systems provide continuous and safe suction for hospitals. Certified under HTM 02-01 and EN ISO 7396-1 standards.

A medical vacuum plant is a critical component in hospital gas infrastructure, designed to deliver consistent and safe suction in operating rooms, intensive care units, and patient wards. These systems maintain negative pressure essential for removing fluids and contaminants during medical procedures.

Tecnomed vacuum plants are equipped with three high-efficiency pumps to ensure uninterrupted suction, even during maintenance or failure. The backup pump automatically activates when needed, controlled by digital pressure sensors.

The vacuum tank, internally epoxy-coated, ensures clean suction air and durability. System pressure ranges between -600 mmHg and -760 mmHg, meeting EN ISO 7396-1 standards.

Each plant includes a fully automated control panel for real-time monitoring and alert management. Tecnomed systems comply with HTM 02-01, HTM 2021, EN ISO 7396-1, and MDD 93/42/EEC medical device regulations.

Ideal for hospitals, clinics, modular units, and emergency centers, Tecnomed medical vacuum plant systems offer reliable and hygienic performance in every environment. For full integration this medical vacuum plant can be connected with our Bed Head Unit and Medical Gas Outlets for optimal performance.

Tecnomed intensive care units provide modular gas and power systems including oxygen outlets, UPS sockets, alarms, and monitor stands for hospital ICUs.

Intensive care units are the final and most critical points of medical gas installations in hospitals. They ensure the safe and uninterrupted delivery of oxygen, vacuum, medical air 4, medical air 7, and N2O gases directly to the patient. These systems include ceiling pendants, bridge units, wall modules, and columns with multiple gas and electrical outlets.

Bridge type intensive care units may feature up to 24 electrical sockets, 12 ground nodes, 3 oxygen, vacuum, and air outlets. They include height-adjustable IV poles, monitor stands, infusion carriers, and anesthesia gas scavenging outlets. Most pendants are designed with British, American, BS, DIN, or AF Norm standard gas outlets.

Electrical sockets must be UPS connected, halogen-free, and grounded properly. ICU units also include medical gas alarms for real-time pressure control and zone control modules for gas safety. With their modular build, these units can be customized based on ICU level and bed configuration. Monitor shelves and carrier rails support patient care during high-risk procedures like endoscopy.

Tecnomed intensive care units include flash, vexillum, trio, medicolumn, trigon, and vertical types, offering fully equipped solutions for every hospital.

Tecnomed oxygen manifold systems ensure safe oxygen flow from cylinders to patient care units using regulators, safety valves, alarms, and pipelines.

An oxygen manifold system is a centralized unit that distributes medical oxygen to patient areas across hospitals and clinics. These systems manage high-pressure oxygen cylinders and regulate output to provide safe and continuous gas flow.

Tecnomed oxygen manifold systems include dual pressure regulators, safety valves, alarm units, and check valves. The system delivers oxygen through pipelines to ICUs, operating rooms, and emergency care units. Components are built for compliance with HTM 02-01 and MDD 93/42/EEC.

Routine checks and proper maintenance ensure system reliability and safety in oxygen therapy, life support, and anesthesia delivery operations.
